 Age :
The necessary age is 21 years.
Driving licence :
The tenant must be provided with a driving licence valid since at least ONE (01) year.
Insurances :
Are included/understood in the tariff of the hiring the basic insurances: Civil liability, Defense and recourse, transported people, flight of the vehicle, set fire to, property damages caused with the third vehicle.
Case of accident without repurchase complementary insurances :
i- If you are not responsible for the accident (no load would be asked to you).
ii- If you are responsible for the accident only the damage caused with our vehicle will be with your load.
Case of accident with repurchase complementary insurances :
i- If you are not responsible for the accident (no load would not be asked to you).
ii- If you are responsible for the accident you pay only the nondeductible frankness which is 05 % of the value of the vehicle.
Case of flight or effraction of the vehicle :
As from the discovery of the disaster, the Tenant will immediately inform the Hirer out of the disaster and will carry felt sorry for near the proper authorities; he will give under 48h to the Hirer out the receipt of the deposit of complaint, the keys and papers of the vehicle, except case of absolute necessity.
